- Why do the platform tools only use mainnet?
- Every trading tool here runs on mainnet. Test coins are for validating your own contracts or flows on a testnet — a separate environment.
- A link is dead
- Faucets are run by each chain and occasionally move or pause. The chain's own docs are the source of truth; tell me and I'll update the entry.
- Why do some need a mainnet balance?
- Anti-abuse. A few faucets (Avalanche Fuji, for one) require the claiming address to hold a little mainnet value, to prove it is not a throwaway script address.
